Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory of chiropractor businesses in Klang Valley, published by Meridian Guides. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any answers you give about the service you need or your timing. Alongside that, the form records the page you submitted from and basic traffic-source attribution, meaning the referring site and any UTM tags on the link that brought you here.

Who receives your enquiry

Form submissions are processed by our lead-capture processor and delivered to the business you enquired about and to the operator of this site. If you asked a specific chiropractor business for a quote, that business receives your details so it can respond.

Cookies and local storage

To keep attribution accurate, the site stores traffic-source details (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in your browser’s sessionStorage. This is first-party, lives only for the current browser session, and is not a tracking cookie: it never follows you to other sites and disappears when the session ends.

Usage measurement

Where analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Those cookies are governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

Third-party services

Loading a page here can involve requests to a small set of third parties, each of which sees standard request data such as your IP address: Google Fonts (typefaces), OpenStreetMap (map tiles), and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (form spam protection). Information about listed businesses comes from publicly available sources, including Google Business Profile reviews. The site stores our derived analysis of that material (scores, summaries, sentiment tags) rather than the reviews themselves. Corrections and removal requests are handled through the listing policy.

Retention and your requests
