Corrections, disputes, and removals

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide lists chiropractor businesses in Klang Valley independently. Every listing comes from publicly available business information, and every score is calculated from public Google reviews with the same published rubric (ranking method). A listing cannot be bought, and a score cannot be paid for. If something on your listing is wrong, here is how to get it corrected.

Fixing business details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services may be wrong in the listing. To correct a factual field, send the right information along with proof we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify the correction, it sticks across future data refreshes and is not overwritten by old information.

Challenging a score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always that the listing is attached to the wrong business profile, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or our summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a way to ask for a higher number; it is a correction to the input data.

Asking for removal

We remove listings when a business has shut down permanently, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside the scope of this directory. Listings for open, accurate, in-scope businesses are not removed on request alone, and we tell you plainly if that is the case. Our monthly re-check also spots and removes closed businesses automatically.

When you hear back

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. If we confirm and act on a removal, it takes up to 7 days. If we decline a request, the reply tells you why.
